  • What are the requirements from me?
    Simply export the products you want to sell from the POS, (if you need help with this, we can guide you). It usually takes about 20 minutes for the first step to be set up. After that, it's one click of a button moving forward. 
  • When should I expect my first sale?
    It depends on the number of SKU you are aiming to sell for the first time. Typically we will be able to set you up so you can get your first sale within 48 hours.
  • Who wil be my point of contact?
    You will have your own dedicated customer success manager, who is responsible to see your business grow month after month.
  • Can I have a chat with any of your customers?
    Absolutely! We love to be fully transparent. We can connect you with your customers so you can get direct feedback.

    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
